If you are getting less then 25 kbps speed on 384kbps connection then definitely there is some issue in connection. I am using MTNL broadband 512 kbps connection on that i receive 60 to 70 kbps...
I think they are having some technical issue. One of my friend also getting problem with reliance Big TV.
Confirm that data service is enabled and has enough balance.
Set networks parameter as operator offer.
Uninstall other dialing programs or restore OPERATING SYSTEM.
Upgrade to latest client...
Is this service available in Mumbai circle and Can i watch idea TV on Nokia N72 ?

TATA is best service provider in CDMA. TATA indicom network in Mumbai is good compare to other provider.
