Problem solved!!
reset phone setting, and after reboot search wi-fi again, connect, enter password and save! its done
Actually when after entering desired informatin i press "Save" button... than as usually happens, some cell phones displays "saved" message. in Samsung Wi-Fi's add menu, after pressing save command,...
