I myself is sitting by a friends laptop and Vista Home.
It has SP1 installed and Internet Explorer 7
I have struggled to get some updates in, and so far I have installed KB947821 and KB947821...
You have to take ownership to do that I guess.
Or... boot the PC using a BootCD, like Hirens Boot CD, using Mini Windows XP.
