when i try to create a new profile as mentioned in the steps, i get the following error "windows host process rundll32 has stopped working"

well, i cannot even get it to start so i cannot go to repair or any other option. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall more than 2 times
i have also updated the windows and everything is up to...
i have tried that and it doesn't help
Well, I'm not sure what you're saying you've tried but...was it "Detect
and Repair?" (under the Help Menu)
Also What version of Outlook are you using?

I have a serious problem with MS Office 2007! Iam using windows Vista Business Premium with Office 2007 Professional since Jan 2008
everything was fine till on june 11th i was asked...
