Actually Got it fixed today.. ty for all the help guys

I have a gateway AMD Phenom xl 9100e Quad core Iam running widows vista preium. Not sure what else you might need to know . I am not that great with comps but tryign to learn :).

I did install it three times but after it goes trhough everything it goes blang and will only start up if in safe mode.

I didnt get a option when i right clicked on computer it didnt have a tools option.

Didnt seem to work. anything else I could try?

OK I have reinstalled windows vista 2 times. I tried control user passwords2 and got to the advance tab and got this :Local Users and Groups
