in my opinion, there might be two problems....

1) the space between the fan and the heatsink is all filled with dust, and is not allowing the air to pass ...

90 is where u shud start worrying, but at 110-115, it fries and fails.... Celsius i mean

as for the temperature, u can use software like GPU-Z, just go sensors tab at the top, and it'll show the current temperature

and as for the cooling....even if u overclock the hell out of that...

if u have laptop, try inserting it in the slot of laptop, cos vista has in-built ability for HC...

Your motherboard supports ddr1 ram....assuming u have installed the RAM properly, u might've bought ddr2 RAM...which is incompatible with ur board
