Like stated above, you have to run the installation from the CD and choose repair from the selections, it will then repair the suite.
As far as i have seen, the only way is to repair the Office Suite.
I had Symantec Endpoint Manager and WSUS on the same server, which did not seem to work to good, so uninstalled SEPM but then WSUS started giving me problems, so i made a backup of the content...
