    Epson K300 Monochrome Printer

Epson has released a new all-in-one monochrome printer - Epson K300. Equipped with Epson Micro Piezo print head technology, K300 is designed to give more durable life and cost effective. Today we demand more performance and low power consumption from printers. Keeping that in mind Epson has provided this model under a range of durable printer with better performance abilities and features. The printer has better printer speed which competes with current laser printer. It is not a laser printer but a regular ink printer with good output. I heard about Epson's K Series which comes with multifunctional printer and regular printers. This range tends to give more durability. You can choose a number of difference models under the K Series. This is the only model available right now under the series and we can hope for more better and upcoming models in the coming future.

Today printers are essential part of office and home use. In business the printing process is regular and there is no issue to worry about the cartridge cost and efficiency, while for home use many faces cartridge drying problem. This is just waster of money. Current printers come with better ink technology which reduces the drying time. Today laser printers are recommended for high quality printing but many of models are not capable of providing you cost efficiency. The reason is that detailed printing cost more money. While Monochrome printers are widely used for business purpose. They specifically target a single color print which best for commercial purpose without wasting your money on the color cartridges. These types of printer can produces copies of text and images which is only in single color that can be black. It is also possible to get grayscale out of it. And other than this you can go for color if you want color printing support. There are ample of printers equipped with features and support you can look for.

    Epson K300

The printer reduces your printing cost to 1¢ Per Page. If calculate the same under Indian Currency then it is far better (around 0.5p). Epson sites say clearly that this reduces your 70% of printing cost, so there is no need to go in detail with calculation. There are two black cartridges in the printer which can provide around 2K pages. The printer offers you a speed of 16ppm which is really low in comparison to some printers in the market. Surely for regular and long printing this will reduce the time to great extent. The printing quality is still yet pending to test. But it says that Epson K300 offers you fast and easy printing support. I think under K-Series Epson focus more on monochrome printers. Dealing with industrial standards the printer under the series is useful for all those who want a low cost printing support. Along with all this, the printer offers you duplex printing which lets you to print fast front and backside together without any hassle. It not only prints but the also scan the copies front and backside. This is another important benefit of this printer.

    Re: Epson K300 Monochrome Printer

Other than cost efficiency, Epson K300 offers you low waste. The technology inside the printer offers you low paper consumption and better ink consumption. The papery tray can hold upto 250 sheets depending on the model you are buying. Like all printers you can also connect Epson K300 to your LAN and share the resources. This time Epson adds an additional support called as Net Print. This service allows easy LAN integration and printer setup over the network. You do not need to do much under the network setup. This is one of the major drawbacks of many printers I had used. They are not easy to integrate with LAN and sometime it becomes a tedious job to assign the printer to other network resources. But today technology offers you smarter way to deal with the situation. If we talk about the printing quality then this printer offers you more sharp text. You can use this also for image printing, charts, etc. It is also recommended for presentations.

The printer uses Epson DURABrite Ultra Ink. A special ink range for Epson printers. The ink offers you high quality prints on lowest consumption and also stays for longer time. It is just means to give you superior’s printer quality. It is water resistance and has instant drying formula which initiates the double side printing process faster than others.

    Conclusion

Although a monochrome printer has lost much ground in favor of color printers can be a good alternative especially in several isolated cases, like a single color printing is more economical, a monochrome printer is ideal for places or businesses where it is necessary to print the time, as an office or school. While the finished print is of lower quality, if you compare the grayscale printing with a color, the quality of work will depend on the mono printer with which they work. When using a monochrome laser , can obtain copies of high quality at a relatively lower price than if you work with a color laser printer for printing a single color also. When working with planes also be justified to have a large format monochrome printer, since both the purchase of the printer and copies will be cheaper than if you would like to have large format printers color.

On a price of Rs. 11,599/- it is a right choice for those who demands long life and performance. Best recommended for business purpose this printer is recommended for those who are engaged with regular printing job and does not want to pay more on the maintenance. The printer is awesome with better abilities already discussed above. It is always recommended to go with latest printer as they have much better ink management technology. Monochrome printer suits best for business needs and provide more cost efficiency. So if you are not willing to demand much from a printer and want an easy go life long printing service then this should come in the list. But if you are planning for more functional color printing support then Epson ME Office 535 is another one which is better.
