Intel has already announced Classmate PCs which will run on the latest Intel Atom CPU called as Cedar Trail. Surely this is something new for the students. With a concept of converting the entire paper learning procedure to digital the product can bring revolutionary changes. Remember that colleges and schools are the first to adopt technology.
Classmate PCs are equipped with robust quality and new improvements. This are not just regular PCs for home desk, they are portable netbook which are capable of providing your kids the best informative platform. Design:
With a 10.1"screen you get a notebook plus tablet. It is not just a regular pc. You convert it to a tablet and use the screen for writing. The experience yet found was good. With Intel's palm rejection technology the writing is much smoother. This new improvement will help the students to give better writing ability on the screen without any issue of worrying about the touch screen. The screen can properly distinguish between the writing strokes and wrist placed. This is somewhat smartly done here. At the learning stage it will not be easy for students of lower grade to get easily use to the PC. In comparison of original full fledged laptop this system looks like toy. It can be called as ultra portable. It has a plastic chassis which is hard enough to handle shocks. You can use leather cover over the top for better grip and it is very convenient to handle. Keyboard size is enough big for smooth typing. It looks interesting to see the laptop. In comparison to older series this one is better. There is a webcam also in this laptop which on the screen. Surely a better add-on for affordable system.
Operating System:
The notebook is equipped with a Learning Series Software Suite. This suite has a combination of tools which can help students a lot at classroom. It is possible to customize the system as you want as per your classroom subject. Running on Windows 7 operating system the education experience on Classmate PC will be more and easier. There is no other information which states that the PC will have other operating system also.
