Introduction
It was way back in August when the test for the Gigabyte HD 5750 Silent Cell which opposed the HIS HD 5750 IceQ, which helped us to think that the temperature readings from Gigabyte model will soon be unveiled in the market having Fanless powerful feature. And on considering that point, Gigabyte has finally revealed the Silent Cell version of the HD 5770 is the market. It will certainly be the analyzing point about the model to see if the fanless graphics card having more powerful GPU, cope up to the expectation of all the people who have invested their money on making this thing possible.
Presentation
The HD 5750 Silent Cell has certainly retained its long going template since the yesteryear's, the only difference being that the new HD 5770 is much larger and stronger even as compared to the HD 5870.
Moreover, Gigabyte has even included a special radiator for the HD 5770 which is comparably much better than the classic style for HD 5870. The upper radiator for the HD 5770 exceeds the PCB by almost 4 cm. The PCB for the HD 5770 is much of a modern size, having elongated card for the radiator currently in used. With the monster that helps in cooling the HD 5770 way to better as compared to the previous that were used, so one thing is certain that the cooling of Juniper XT will not a problem at all.
But however we should not ignore the other side of the coin, as the volume and functionality of this radiator has got two negative points:
1 First being the problems to access the power connector.
2 And the second since the radiator is bit large in size so there is a possibility having less compatibility with most HTPC market enclosures.
