Haven't you got any driver or firmware cd/dvd alongwith your JXD MP4 Player in the accessories? You can try searching for the latest firmware upgrade for your JXD 698 model mp4 player and try to update it to the latest. Once your mp4 player is updated to the latest then you might not face issue related to its functioning.

There are no downloads available for JXD 698 firmware anywhere on the net, as well as the official support site, only firmware of JXD300 and JXD1000 firmware are available. You can try to install this firmware and check whether it works on your mp4 model version or not, here is the link for it.

As you have already mentioned the model version of your jxd player is JXD 698 then it simplay means that, whatever einstein has written is the specifications for your JXD model mp4 player. You cannot get information of lcd number or camera number, unless and untill if it is written somewhere inside the mp4 player, but you will have to open up its case.
