thanks for your replay. I don't need the puk code because it's the phone which is blocked not the sim card, and i mean with the phone is blocked that the operator don't permit to use it with another provider and the factory configuration is locked by the provider too.
I'm still available for further informations.
    thanks for all.

Hi, I'm new to this forum and so far I've found the input very useful as I've only had my samsung monte a few weeks. However, I wonder if someone could tell me how to move a text message from my Inbox to a folder I've created as it only seems to work from my Sent box. I select 'Move to My Folders' but the message does not highlight! Many thanks.

You simply need to create a new folder named in your message area and then you can move text messages from inbox to that new folder that you have created. Usually, on my nokia phone when i press the option button while in message area, I get option such as "move to folders". Goto Menu, Messages, My Folders, select the folder the messages are in, go to the message you want to move (withouth opening the message), select Options then one of the options should be Move to, my Options are Inbox or My folders, hope that helps.

Thanks for your reply Pugsly, but it doesn't work. In my inbox, I get the option to 'move to my folders', but when I select that option, the text message doesn't highlight and I can't move it!

Well, it might be there under settings. Go to settings menu and find there option regarding "touchscreen settings" or "Motion Sensor settings". It might be there or under profiles. Am not sure about this because am using Nokia 5800 and it is under "touchscreen settings".
