Here, Yamaha is precisely adjustable with the favorable market price and the calculations prefers to reach an enormous level that even with much more expensive speakers, which is not natural. Already the whole shape of the column speaker radiates exclusivity and class. The surfaces are immaculately crafted to highlight the finished looks, it impresses with symmetry and homogeneous surface structure.

The two-tone design of the enclosure with the contrast of elegant piano-black brushed aluminum and real elements in the field of high tones provides an attractive visual attention. The elaborate and yet stylistically convincing base construction ensures a secure hold and prevents an effective decoupling from the floor to disturbing resonances. The interior of the speaker meets the high expectations.

High quality chassis with heavy magnets and baskets as well as a stiff stringent building the crossover (all components) are sitting on a solid wood panel which ar needed to be mentioned. The separation of bass and middle / high-frequency range comes with a separate chamber for the bass driver that ensures any interference. The thick MDF cabinet ensures the reproduced sounds for music, and not the body of the speaker.

The extensive housing construction is of course not only for the eye, but also and especially for a natural, dynamic and pure sound. The thicker layer of the piano finish makes the case much harder than the normal livery. This has an impact on the bass and the Signal of the speaker. In addition, the insulation inside the Soavo-1 was elaborately decorated. Under the top cover an absorber is attached, the genesis of oscillations and the transmission of sound through the housing cover is reduced significantly outwardly. The vertical stiffness of the housing has been adapted accordingly, which in total will ensure that the housing produces no resonance.

The thin membrane of the midrange is convinced by the combination of high stiffness and low weight. Central woofers are made up of Poly-methyl-Pentene - advantage of this material-mix is made specially for excellent coarse and fine dynamics. The special shape of the body with a slightly angled side walls in the front area is achieved, so that inside the case there is no standing waves because the result of parallel walls encountered are likely to disturb the purity of sound. In addition, the angled corners are made for a better mapping behavior. The aluminum around the tweeter also provides not only noble sound, but also provides for the near-absence of acoustic discoloration.

    Re: Yamaha Soavo-1 Tower Speaker

    Conclusion
The Soavo-1 Yamaha has succeeded to be a brilliant speaker, who also has one or even two price classes more because of its universal application possibilities and its homogenous, harmonious and complete representation of sets. To this end, the developers deserve praise in our main interests. In adjacent price brackets, there are very strong alternatives, but another maxim constructive and sound followed. Yamaha has succeeded with an impressive piano Soavo-1 speakers, characterized by a typical Yamaha component property. It is an excellent speaker (apart from the rather cheap-looking speaker grilles protect from) and it sounds extremely homogeneous, clear and strong. Without difficulty one can listen for hours, even happier to listen at superior level. Through the skillful, clean, balanced sound interpretation of the Soavo-1, practically all styles of music are easily justified. The high design effort and careful development have clearly paid off.
