Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Game for PlayStation 3 (Preview)

Activision's upcoming Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is the next-gen version or second version of Transformers Game provided on the PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. Indeed, we could not get information of it on the Wii versions, DS and PSP inherently different and developed by separate studios. The game is designed for launch consoles PS3, Xbox360, Wii, PS2 and Nintendo DS. No difference is expected between the three next-gen media except the operation of their devices. Moreover, unlike the previous game in the series, we can play online.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is a direct response to the original film directed by Michael Bay (The Rock, Armageddon) and especially following the footsteps of the eponymous film (Greek word). However, officials True Crime have wanted to go beyond simply porting and offer players missions entirely new and foreign film, a good thing.

The developers took the time to listen to the fans who often criticized in the first opus to be excessively framed. Therefore, this second album will be placed under the sign of freedom and choice. It should not be expected in the streets of New York like a Grand Theft Auto IV, far away.

As always, we will have the opportunity to join the teams of the Autobots and Decepticons, but we can choose the order of tasks via a map highlighting the significant international aspect of the film and by extension the game finish so stupid chains missions, hello diversity.

The development of the game Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is carried Luxoflux for gaming and entertainment system from Microsoft Xbox 360 system and PLAYSTATION 3 computer entertainment, and has received 12 + PEGI rating for the Windows version PC is handled by Beenox Studios and has also received a PEGI 12 + rating, with versions for the Wii system and PlayStation 2 computer entertainment are being developed by Krome Studios and have received 12 + PEGI rating, Vicarious Visions is developing two different titles for Nintendo DS , specific Autobots and decepticons, which received 7 + PEGI rating, developing the version for the PSP (PlayStation Portable) system is provided by Savage Entertainment and has received the PEGI rating 7 +.

If we can choose the missions of our choice is mainly due to the arrival of secondary missions. They do not affect the course of the scenario and the main tasks, but rather increase the financial capital of the player. Each enemy killed, in style if possible, we collect orbs of light we can improve our character.

These improvements are taking place in our headquarters (Autobots or Decepticons as per your choice) that carries out the link between each mission. They affect both the strength of our robot and its ability to use its weapons continuously. This little RPG is available on all the heroes (Autobots or Decepticons Characters). During most missions, you can choose your favorite hero.

Moreover, we already know the playable characters that appear in the title. A total of 13 Autobots and decepticons of which 3 will be exclusive to the multiplayer mode.

    • Optimus Prime
    • Ironhide
    • Breakaway

Re: Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Game for PlayStation 3 (Preview)

The objectives vary depending on the camp. The Autobots try to work together with humans, while the Decepticons tries to win the earth planet and revenge of Megatron death. With the death of Megatron (not to be confused with Megaton, a city of Fallout 3), this camp is now led by the mighty Starscream can be transformed into F-22 Raptor.

The Autobots are still controlled by Optimus Prime and will often protect the population. They will even interact with humans, especially with Sam the hero of the film. The missions include secondary objectives as well as challenges. Both are designed to improve the equipment of the player or unlock characters.

The game Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen is based on the anticipated film of DreamWorks Pictures and Paramount Pictures, in association with Hasbro, which premieres across the country on June 24, 2009 .* The game allows players embody their favorite Autobots and decepticons and choose among the widest range of Transformers available, each with their own abilities and weapons. The title is set in unique settings around the world such as Cairo and Shanghai, and in it players can switch between robot and vehicle as you drive, fly, fight and shot their way to the intense levels.

All heroes have these attacks at a distance and melee. Each is characterized by predisposition such as the use of missile head researcher, installing automatic turrets or the use of a precision rifle. Here again the main posts of a conventional army, posts that are more useful in the multi player gaming.

Unfortunately, we were unable to obtain further information on these modes except that they oppose naturally Autobots and Decepticons. The battles themselves are greatly improved and are much better than transcribed. Don't worry there is not much wait remain to play this best story game.

Single-player predictably follows the movie, but presents things in a way that at least creates some sense of being in control of the course. Rather than a strict progression of levels, each side has a war room overlooking Earth, from which they can choose missions that represent key events in the film. Along with playing those missions to go through the story, a time-based set of bronze, silver, and gold rewards pays off in upgrade points if you replay them to perfection. These points can be used for team-wide improvements, such as quicker weapon cooldown, that apply to whichever Transformer you choose for a mission. But you don't have to concern yourself with the timer if you don't want to -- there is no mission failure if the timer expires; you just won't get any points.

The changes are not there to look pretty, they are literally to move quickly and decimate opponents. The great strength of the game is to obtain smooth animations and nerve. We now sent their enormous physical presence but also their great agility previously absent. In the air or on land, it will be possible to invoke a kind of fury making time a few seconds our hero literally invincible, what shave all enemies nearby.

Coming out of this short presentation, we were surprised to get a best action game and nervous at the same time. The criticisms made last year are clearly more news, Activision has really surprised by its ability to react positively. This second game version promises nice things in all cases.

Release date scheduled for June 26 on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
