    MSI Wind U115 Hybrid notebook

MSI Wind U115 Hybrid Netbook that designed to save power which is an excellent choice for anyone who needs a battery life which is beyond the ordinary. but in contrast price range is more high from normal Netbook.Msi said that it combining the many innovative hardware features to increase performance of the battery, but is all this really worth the extra dollars? This is one reason approaching for a cheap laptop.

    Package Contents

Netbook comes in a box of card on which described what you actually get. On the outside the producer mentions Netbook best qualities as big keyboard, display to surf, webcam and wireless communication and the most important power saving. All the other things are common to find in Netbook .

On the other side you can see nice shiny sticker showing that the SSD and HDD placed together. It can be a difficult to understand with SSD and HDD both storage while SSD is significantly more expensive than HDD but also more secure.

The idea is to use the built-SSD (Solid-state drive) to load the things which requires the rapid reading speed. That operation system and programs such as the more common print files read by the disk. You can turn the HDD off while on battery to save battery and only run on SSD part. The moment it takes only 10 seconds to small boot up again, and then you get in return the opportunity to achieve the theoretical 12-hour battery life.

Then there is the battery as a 6-cellet and various leaflets initiative to charge the Netbook. All very standard. Box comes with a DVD and a CD with the recovery of an XP and a driver CD.

    Includes

    • AC adapter
    • Miscellaneous Guides
    • Bag
    • Recovery DVD and Driver CD

    Laptops Design:

    First impression

MSI Wind U115 has a nice size and look. This Netbook is silver color which is some darker highlights to give it texture. It has a black interior and there is black around the screen. The elegant enough, but the design is not strong.Design is emphasis on home values more than external.

It has very soft round edges that make it nice to look at, and it is very pleasant to have in your hands. It has a low weight of just over one kilogram with battery which makes it really easy to have around. Unfortunately, one might sometimes get the feeling that it is a little plastic like. An unfortunate tendency to make it seems a little cheap.

Loudspeakers located in front of the cave is a great line-up of diodes which are ready to light and blink depending on the features you have on.

    The lid

Cover is gray with a texture and a dark gray logo of MSI is located in the middle. It has a soft form which has round edges, with a little more edge on the inside of the lid where it switches to black.Hinges works reasonably and are sufficiently tight, but they are very plastic like. however, become dull quickly.

The screen has a good size on the inside, however, there is an enormous amount around the edge so that you almost hold the feeling of why not just make the screen a little bigger. There is certainly room for it to be slightly higher.

    Front

There are not a single button and not a slider to the lid.

    Rear

On the back sits the battery as the only one. In contrast to many other Netbook battery will not able to bury incredibly far behind on. It's very nice to the 6-cell battery as standard included in the design. On the other hand it just sticks out the bottom of your computer and makes it a little higher than it would be a 3-cell.

    Bottom

At the bottom sits most of aeration, so it is important that there is little air bottom so there is possibility of replacement of the air from within the Netbook. This is where the battery fills ,already mentioned.

    Right ,Left

Three USB connectors and VGA output is probably the most important, and as always nice with a card which is almost standard now.

Diodes are more on the MSI Wind. They all sit in the front right, except just on / off button which is located where it usually in the top right. There are no surprises in what has diodes for Bluetooth, Wifi, numlock, capslock, etc. They are all there.

    Keyboard and Touchpad

The keys have good size and we will not be annoyed when you write about it. There is little less of backlight so in the dark may problematic to get the keys for some people, but enough to survive. There are plenty of options by using the Fn key, such as switching between SSD and HDD, volume, Wifi and others.

The size of touchpadded is fine enough, you can also buy a travel mouse. A small model of a normal mouse, specifically designed for laptops.

Touchpad are quite sensitive to the touch and easy to get to double click with your fingers if you lift it just a little, it can be an irritation in the length, but possibly something you get used to. There is an edge which follows the computer around, and the same edge is part of the mouse button, it is difficult to mark , it is slightly annoying.

    Screen

The screen is nice and bright colors. There is not much glare, and it must be regarded as more opaque than shiny. It spans a good range of light and dark when you screw up and down, and make the 1024x768 pixel resolution, which is needed to surf the web without irritation .

    Sound and Speakers

Netbook strong point is not sound. They may be well to reproduce sound, but never excellent, this one is unfortunately

    Noise, heat and power

Netbook is perfectly quiet like most of its colleagues. It is not too hot and not kicking up too much of stuff. It is an fine Netbook to sit by and you will not be annoyed, but you can hear it live.

    Battery life

The combination of SSD and HDD to save power, and an even higher power-saving processor a. You can hike up impressive long life out of the Wind Netbook.

    Power consumption
we enter as one of its strengths, but it is unbearable to slide the battery up and also requires a long time to charge which is clear enough. It is impressive little power it uses compared to many others on the market.

    summery

With a good, albeit very dim screen, an excellent webcam and built-in microphone, this Netbook satisfy most likely to surf, chat, listen to music and perform light work on a computer that is easy to take. A design makes it easy to use and an excellent albeit reasonably sensitive touch makes it easy to navigate. A little annoying mouse button makes that one must be aware of where your fingers are located. But overall it is very functional and reasonably ok to look at.

In addition, as you pay for getting an SSD hard drive built. It gives comfort to anyone and can be recommended for people who have many important documents in their Netbook.

It is quite clear that these things are pulling up in price as it has claimed is a little design and quality materials. We feel the quality is really built into the product it is hidden away inside the hardware while the shell itself seems cheap and has some inexpensive solutions such as hinges which are very plastic like. In addition, there is little shortage of innovation when it comes to placement diodes which are really common and not very inspiring.

    Conclusion

MSI Wind U115 Netbook is an excellent in many ways. It has newer technology and implemented in the form of SSD and HDD cooperation which allows the user not only greater security for its documents, but also faster loading and longer battery life. An inspiring product from MSI with many of its properties but with high cost.
