log out of xp after inactivity

Can anyone tell me whether it is possible to set Windows XP to logout users after a certain amount of inactivity. For instance, if a user is logged on, but leaves the terminal. If there is no activity for 30 minutes then the user gets logged out? Thanks.

Yes, it is possible, check the below articles on how to do that:

How To Force Users to Quit Programs and Log Off After a Period of Inactivity in Windows XP

You can do this on one lan to counterace the problem of machines being left on overnight, but the problem is that the user will almost always have left files open as well. You will then have to suffer from losing that data, or else forcibly saving over the original.
