Internet settings for China mobile

Hello, Friends

Anyone know Internet settings for china phone ? I m using Airtel service I m not able to connect Internet on mobile?

Here is the Mobile Office, Airtel Live and Airtel MMS settings for ALL CHINA Mobiles

1) Mobile Office

first click SERVICES icon in main menu==>DATA ACCOUNT==>GPRS==>EDIT any existing account==>

Account Name--> MO

APN-->airtelgprs.com

Auth. Type-->Normal

save all the settings.


Come back to SERVICES==>WAP==>SETTINGS==>EDIT PROFILE==>EDIT any existing account==>

Rename Profile==> Mobile Office

Homepage==>Google

data account==> MO (which we created previously)

Connection Type==>

Here u find three option

a) Connection-oriented

b) Connectionless

c) HTTP

choose a) Connection-oriented==>

IP Address==>202.056.231.117

Security==> off

Again save all the settings and click BACK button and choose "Activate Profile"

Come back to SERVICES==>WAP==>Homepage

and you r ready to use Mobile Office...


2) Airtel Live

first click SERVICES icon in main menu==>DATA ACCOUNT==>GPRS==>EDIT any existing account==>

Account Name--> LIVE

APN-->airtelfun.com

Auth. Type-->Normal

save all the settings.

Come back to SERVICES==>WAP==>SETTINGS==>EDIT PROFILE==>EDIT any existing account==>

Rename Profile==> Airtel Live

Homepage==>http://live.airtelworld.com

data account==> LIVE (which we created previously)

Connection Type==>

Here u find three option

a) Connection-oriented

b) Connectionless

c) HTTP

choose c) HTTP==>

Proxy Address==>100.001.200.099

Proxy Port==> 8080

Again save all the settings and click BACK button and choose "Activate Profile"

Come back to SERVICES==>WAP==>Homepage

and you r ready to use Airtel Live...

3) Airtel MMS

first click SERVICES icon in main menu==>DATA ACCOUNT==>GPRS==>EDIT any existing account==>

Account Name--> MMS

APN-->airtelmms.com

Auth. Type-->Normal

save all the settings.

Come back to SERVICES==>WAP==>SETTINGS==>EDIT PROFILE==>EDIT any existing account==>

Rename Profile==> Airtel MMS

Homepage==>http://100.1.201.171:10021/mmsc

data account==> MMS (which we created previously)

Connection Type==>

Here u find three option

a) Connection-oriented

b) Connectionless

c) HTTP

choose c) HTTP==>

Proxy Address==>100.1.201.172

Proxy Port==>8799

Again save all the settings and click BACK button and choose "Activate Profile"

Come back to SERVICES==>WAP==>Homepage

and you r ready to use Airtel MMS...

i couldnt find the connection type settings in my china n958 model.Please help me with the gprs settings. I had called the airtel customer care for help with the settings, so they replied saying the china models do not support their gprs connection.
Is this true that i cant use gprs on my china phone.

I don't know why u purchase china mobile phone they don't have service center, authorize Showroom, & no guaranty. Only because of less price u purchase that phones. If you are using a prepaid service then send a SMS to 57788. Type GPRS BP and 1st three letter of handset name & Model No. Eg. GPRS BP NOK N95. Then you will get a confirmation message. Send YES to 57788. Then you will receive a OTA settings in message. Save the message and then you are done.

I have the TX-C1000 cell phone from China. I don't know how to put Themes on it or put games on it or erase the existing ring tones it came with can anyone help.♠♠:crybaby: Can you put it laymens terms as I am not to computer savvy. According to me i think, you should try to contact your service provider for the above issue. Ask them to escalate you to their technical department. They will surely help you out to get rid of the above issue.

According to me you need to reset your n66 mobile phone. If you want you can used the following code

its very simple to set internet connection on china made mobile.But first,Do u have the GPRS facility in your mobile?If yes, than type a sms "MYIPR" and send it to 52347,its for aircel user.and for Airtel sms "MO" to 543210.You will receive sms from airtel office.Than set the seeting you will recived after a few second,
As per my knowledge the Chinese phones are not having the support for the GPRS setting and company like Cellone are not having the GPRS support for Sigmatel in their database. The only thing that you can so is to call up the customer support and ask for the manual setting of the same. If possible they will help you with setting.

Which china mobile you are using ...? May i know the model No. Is that model having Wifi facility ?

In that model i think Wifi is not available so you can not connect the internet through wifi. Like Nokia E90, N95, N82, N81 mobile having Wifi.

I Tested it It is Working

Here The Settings
First Take Servise Menu
2) Goto Data Account - GPRS - Then Edit a Settings below the settings
Account Name : Airtel
APN : airtelgprs.com
Auth.Type : Normal
Account Name : Airtel
Then Save It
Then From Service Menu TakeWap
2) Settings - Edit Profile - Change any existing as Follows
ReName Profile : Airtel
Home page : http://www.google.com
Data Account : Airtel (Which is we recently created on GPRS)
3) Then Sve it and dont bother about Connection Type and Activate Tjhis Profile

it has

then in settings when i got to data account

1 gsm data
2 gprs

when i go to gprs

ten profiles list out where i got to edit
then i find

1 account name
2 apn
3 username
4 password
5 auth type

there is no connection settings as mentioned
