Making a user Local Admin on domain computers

Hi
Is there a way to make a domain user local admin on the domain computers. I
have a trainee at work and I would only like to give his account local admin
right on the domain computers. It would be a bit tedious to give him local
admin rights manually on 170 workstations.

Thanks in advance

/Nick

PS. This is a Server 2003 domain
