Analysis and Suggestion:

Q. If I enable GC and transfer the roles, will there be a problem when I
change the name and address later on (say in a week or so once I have had
the time to move DHCP and printing)?
A: No. That won't be a problem. The DHCP service and printer service should
not be affected by transferring the GC and 5 FSMO roles. So, you may follow
my previous post's suggestion to migrate the service to the new DC.
