One of our servers has 16gb of memory. It's paging for is on the C drive
and set to 2-4gb and the C drive is 30gb in size.
Should the paging file be bigger and on a bigger partition:
c: 30gb
g: 35gb
h: 219gb
i: 135gb
j: 125gb
Thanks

As long as there is no space issuse the page file can be anywhere on the
system. My Personal recodmation is to use the fastest drive and/or the
drive that gets used the least (to help read times).

What size should it be, I currently have 2 4gb paging files on 2 RAID 1
partitions.

The normal recommendation is to set the paging file to 1.5 times the
physical RAM, but this is not necessarily a good idea for boxes with
large amounts of memory.
The more page file is available, the more windows tends to use it,
swapping pages out of physical memory onto the much slower page file,
so having an excessively large page file can be counter productive.
Personally I normally set it to 1.5 times physical RAM but capped at a
maximum of 4 GB.
Of course, this all depends on what the server is used for - it may
need a large pagfile depending on what applications it is running -
but if it is running well within it's physical memory limits then I
would set it at 4 GB
