Cannot receive email Outlook Express
 

I am using a Verizon DSL and they support Hotmail through which I can send and receive emais. But after using Outlook Express I can receive but cannot send. I am able to send some days back but now I cannot and am getting the below error message:

A time-out occurred while communicating with the server. Account: 'Rop's Mail', Server: 'http://oe.msn.msnmail.hotmail.com/cgi-bin/hmdata', Protocol: HTTPMail, Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 12019, Error Number: 0x800CCC19

Please help

I think that the Subject should be SEND emails with OE.

Did you try to perform a system restore to the day before all this problems started happening?

Thanks for responding, I have tried to do a System Restore for different dates and all are giving me same issues, whereas they did not have the issue before. It looks a bit weird to me.
