Cannot find file error when opening a file in Windows

I had this problem, but found out my default docx viewer was the Word Viewer. Double check the default program in opening docx files.

Changing the property settings works for some of the files, but problem still not fixed.

Change the file association. right-click, Open With... Microsoft Word...
