Any Product Key Update Tool for Windows 2003?
Microsoft distributes a very useful utility for Windows XP named
KeyUpdateTool.exe that can be used to change the product key associated with
an installation of Windows XP. This is very useful when you clone an
existing installation to a new computer and want to reset the key, or when
you use up activations due to hardware changes and need to supply a new key
to activate with. Is there any similar utility that will work on Windows
2003 Server? I just tried KeyUpdateTool on my first W2K3 server, and the
utility complains that it is hard coded to work on only Windows XP.

As a follow up to this, if there is no Key Update Tool for Windows 2003,
then how do I get the Microsoft SYSPREP tool to use in initializing new
Windows 2003 deployments?

sysprep.inf;
[UserData]
ComputerName = ServerName
FullName = "Your Name"
OrgName = "Your Organization"
ProductKey = "XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX"
There's also a new sysprep version for R2/SP2 as I recall.
