Problem With Blue Screen - Physical Memory Dump
I am getting a blue screen that is telling me the computer had detected an issue and is shutting down prevent damage to the computer. Also I am getting the below error:
STOP: 0x0000008E (0x000001D, 0xBF803880, 0xF2CCEC1C, 0x00000000)
win32k.sys - Address BF803880 base at BF800000, DateStamp 43446a58
Can anyone tell me what is this problem and how to solve it? Thanks for any information.

The error that you are getting can occur if one of the following conditions is true:
- One or more of the random access memory (RAM) modules that are installed on your computer are faulty.
- The RAM configuration is incompatible with Windows XP.

Download and run Malwarebytes anti malware. You can get it at cnet for free and it's specifically designed to remove those phony antivirus programs.
