Send To > Mail Recipient opens Outlook Express instead of Outlook 2003
There's something wrong going in my system running WinXP Pro x64 and Office 2003 standard. Whenever i am selecting Send To > Mail Recipient window is picking up Outlook Express 6 rather than Outlook 2003. I want to know if there is a method by which i can force windows to use 2003???

Just go in to Internet Explorer >Tools >Internet Options and see if default mail option is set to Outlook. Just check it out and let me know what you have there.

Yes i have checked in Internet Explorer >Tools >Internet Option and Microsoft Office Outlook is listed as e-mail program but that doesn't seem to be working.
RE: Send To > Mail Recipient opens Outlook Express instead of Outlook 2003
A 64-bit program in Windows Explorer will load 64-bit version of the mail client. As far as i am aware Send to option calls a 64-bit dll directly which is limited for loading 64-bit (Outlook Express) and not 32-bit DLL which (Outlook 2003). In order to open Outlook rather than Outlook Express you will have to load 32-bit version of Windows Explorer.
