Export email messages
I am running Windows Vista on my computer. I was wondering if it is possible to export email messages to microsoft outlook 2003 from Windows Mail. I am using both the applications on my machine and wanted to know a workaround for same. Can anybody please help me out in this situation? Thanks for any replies in advance.

All you have to do is click on File and then Export the file to the other mail client. You can even try to use Microsoft Exchange since Outlook is in the Exchange Family. If that doesnt work then maybe Windows Mail like Outlook Express is only able to export to a particular installed copy of Outlook. If you want to backup windows mail then you can see the section of Windows Mail from here - http://www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx

Try the below method and see if that can help you out to sort out this problem:
- First of all you have to change the incoming mail POP server in windows mail to some different thing so that it won't download messages if your windows mail account & Outlook / Exchange accounts are the same.
- After that you can try to make a new email (in windows mail) and drag all messages you want to 'export' into the message
- After that you can send the message to your Outlook / Exchange account
- Now, lastly when the message is received, drag the embedded emails into your Outlook Inbox.
