nic teaming If i currently have 2 nics on 1 server with different ips and team them together to have one ip address ( both on same switch) will this cause problems? also i cant find out how to team the two nics they are both intel 1000 mt nics please help multiple dns entries causing me problems (this is on a dc running windows sever standard 2003 |

Hp has special teaming software. Re: nic teaming You need to download the latest full INTEL driver set, then you use device manager ( which will then have extra property tabs ) and you can set up teaming, You MUST do this from the console or a VNC session, if you do it from an RDP session it will mess up, it's a well known bug.
