There is hope for BSOD 0x0000001A
Hi!
Since I installed RC1 32-bits in early September, I get BSOD STOP 0x000001A
around 5 times during the 3 first minutes after starting my PC.
After these 5 times restarting the PC, everything works well.
It is concerning memory management.
I sent many MEMTEST to Microsoft.
MEMTEST confirmed that there is no problem concerning my memory sticks.
Yesterday, I got this in "Problem Reports ans Solutions" concerning BSOD
STOP 0x0000001A :

Re: There is hope for BSOD 0x0000001A
I have seen a post here someware that stated that 0x000001A is related to
hardware not being properly inserted into slots, or bad conacts in slots.
not sure if this is of any help to you but it may point you in the right
direction
Re: There is hope for BSOD 0x0000001A
Hi all, I have just ran into this problem with a few others attached all
related to my PSU.
Hot off the press:
1/ Can't come out of Hibernation
STATUS: 0XC0000411
INFO: A fatal error occurred processing the restoration data
FILE: \hiberfile.sys
This was due to me adding a new HDD & RAM plus the fact that my system
was set up to hibernate when I powered down. Hence I pulled the power
lead out & caused the crash.
2/ STOP: C0000221 UNKNOWN HARD ERROR
\systemroot\system32\ntdll.ntdll
This is related to the No 1, because I caused the crash my PSU never
had enough juice to resume my OS as my new HDD was drawing it's own
juice.
3/ Memory_managment
As above not only was the HDD drawing juice from the power supply so
was my new 4Gb of RAM causing my pc to stick on the splash screen to get
into the BIOS.
Works fine with a single 2GB stick, looks like a new bigger PSU is in
store.
Also, at first no matter how many times I booted up with which ever RAM
I had banked it was freezing in the same place. I had to unplug all
attachments including extra fan then boot from CD to recieve messages.
