I continually get this error on a fresh boot of win xp sp2. "The
instruction at "0x37001328" referenced memory at "0x7c801d77". The
Memory could not be "written".
Any idea what's going on? How to fix?

Did you associate wuauclt.exe with this error message from the
Application Event log ?
This is not a common error and *may* indicate the presence of malware.
Please read this Tutorial :

Then have the system scanned by the Kaspersky Online Scanner :

If malware is detected, suggest you post to a reputable anti-malware
