Re: Saving Project as a PDF
If you have installed Adobe Acrobat reader in your computer then you will need to print to PDF and there is no need to save it into pdf. The other solutions that you can try is:
- First of all take a picture with the camera icon in the toolbar (that's probably
- After that you can export to Excel the same pic.
- Now you have to tell them to download the free Java-based Open Workbench, and then save your file as an .XML so that they can open it and manipulate the data.
- After that you can tell them to download the free MS Project Professional 2007 Beta from the Microsoft test site to view the file.

You can also try to use the save as option as .htm file. You should be also able to save as pdf file, but for that you will need ADOBE Distiller.
RE: Saving Project as a PDF
You can also try to download a PDF creator program which is termed as PRIOMO PDF, by searching it on the net and then install the same and then print the file to the PDF printer driver for that PRIOMO PDF has installed. The best part of this software is that it comes for free download and you got nothing to pay for it.
