ARP Cache
W2K3 SP1. When I want to do a repair on my Lan connection it does not let me. Dialogue box tells me as per verbatim below
"Windows could not finish repairing the problem because the following action cannot be completed:
Clearing the ARP cache"
How does one go about clearing the ARP cache

Looks like command line ARP doesn't come with this feature, but maybe you
can provide event id from the system logs related to this problem. It would
make it easier to help you.

Re: ARP Cache
Thank you for answering. My Event Log is clean. There is nothing in there to suggest a Warning or Error on this issue or any other issue

Re: ARP Cache
arp -d *
from the command line will clear it.

Re: ARP Cache
Thank you Mark. I tried from the command line and it is a no go. I put arp -d* and all I get is the info for all switches for the arp commands
