Gigabyte 7950 OC vs Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 OC
I want to buy a new graphics card for my computer. I am looking at the Gigabyte 7950 OC or the Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 OC graphics card for my usage. Previously I was using the Sapphire HD 6870 graphics card which worked for 3 years without any troubles and now it is giving me high temperature issue. So, if you could suggest me which will be the best card among these two it will be appreciated.

I would suggest you to go with the Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 OC since they really are the best graphics cards for being an AMD card. You get a very decent cooler on the card which help good overclocking. If you can get the Vapor-X version of this same brand then it will be much better since its cooler are even better compared to the prior video card.

Both the Gigabyte and Sapphire 7950 OC card are good brands, you wont find much difference on them. In any case, I have read that Gigabyte video cards have the best aftermarket cooler built on them and you also get a 3 year warranty on Gigabyte card instead of 2 years. I would rather suggest you to grab a card that is offering you any game bundle with it.

Both cards are good and you can also overclock the card yourself manually and run them at high speeds. Personally, I have also used Sapphire card on most of the computer and it work great in the long run as well. You will not get higher temperature and while gaming you can expect a temp rise to 60C only which is quite low. Gigabyte cards are also good and you can go with it if you want.
