How to revert back to IE 10 from IE 11
I thought i was alone with this problem but seems like there are few more people having problems with Internet Explorer 11 on windows 8.1 like this guy IE 11 Preview will not work with Windows 8.1. My situation is very similar to him. I upgraded the browser and installed Internet Explorer 11 (i dont how he is running both v10 and v11 side by side) on Windows 8.1. Now somehow i am able to use the metro Internet explorer but ie11 wont work at all. It is not working no problem for me, but i want revert back to my old version 10. Can anyone please tell me how can i do the same? If i uninstall IE 11, where can i get the installer for v10?
Thanks for your helps.

Unfortunately there is no way to revert back to IE10 because Internet Explorer 11 is part of Windows 8.1. Hence you cannot uninstall or revert back to older version unless and until 8.1 is installed on your computer

That’s very unfortunate. So you mean I will need to revert back to Windows 8 itself. No problem, there is nothing much great in 8.1 Preview as it is still in development and having lots of bug. I will wait until the final version gets released. So now please let me know how can I uninstall 8.1 and revert to Windows 8?
Many thanks.

You can do this by performing Factory Reset. Just go to PC Settings and do reset. Alternatively simply press Win+R and type factory reset. You will get an option to Re-install Windows. You wont require to put the installation CD by selecting this option. Windows will re-install itself on its own. Just note, not to select System Refresh. It is different from Factory reset.
