Kingston Hyperx Red compatible with Asus Z77
I am looking to buy a new system and I have included Asus Z77 Sabertooth with i5 core processor and Kingston HyperX Red DDR3 as well. I am not going to use this system for overclocking and gaming but for editing video and graphics works. Now my main question is whether this memory is compatible with board or should I buy another memory module for my system? Thanks
Re: Kingston Hyperx Red compatible with Asus Z77
Well, you should know that if the RAM is DDR3 with 1866/1600/1333 MHz then they will surely work with your Asus Motherboard. But then again it depends on how much do you intend to spend on the RAM but? You can checkout some review made on the Kingston RAM that is running on the same MHz on this board. Also, if you go with the 1866MHz RAM performance with its price ratio then it will be better.
Re: Kingston Hyperx Red compatible with Asus Z77
To check whether the Kingston Hyperx Red is compatible with Asus Z77 Sabertooth, you will have to visit the motherboard's manufacturer website. Just search for the RAM list and then it will show you all the RAM kits that are tested on the board that you have. Also, you can go the manufacturer site of RAM and then access their RAM selection configuration. Just try to enter your motherboard and then you will get a list of compatible ram kits as well.

You can also go to the below link to check whether Kingston Hyperx Red works with Asus SABERTOOTH Z77 motherboard or not:

In any case, I think that the board is definitely compatible with the Kingston memory module that you have listed.
