MS Office Excel 2010: Unable to print PivotTables with non-PivotTable data at bottom of table.
First time posting here, so hello everyone.
I've been using pivot tables successfully for five years now. I've gone from Excel 2003 to Excel 2007 and now Excel 2010 without any difficulties until now.
In previous versions of Excel, I could print the pivot tables with an external (non-pivot table data) legend at the bottom of the pivot table producting some great reports. Now, with Excel 2010, only the first page prints, the footer information is merged in with the last couple of lines of the pivot table, and the non-pivot table data is completely ignored.
I've attached an example. What am I missing here?:crybaby:

Where is the example that you have attached? Anyways, can you try to right click in the column for the years, and selecting "Field Settings", the Field Settings dialog is displayed, which shows the custom name of "Year", but the custom name is not displayed in the PT.
