Windows 7 error 0x80041003
Hi all! I am having an issue with a brand new computer (2 months old) and I need some help. :surrender
My computer hangs or freezes and then I get the blue screen of death. I restart and check the error log and this is what it says:
Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.
I did find some other threads for this error but they were listed for Vista and I have Windows 7. Maybe there has been a fix discovered?
Thank you in advance for any help you can give!!! :notworthy

You can easily solve this problem by going to this Fixit link, actually, the type of problem you are facing is due to therewas an issue in the creation process that caused a WMI registration to remain in the DVD/ISO. Since the registration is designed to work only during the DVD/ISO creation process, it fails to run on a live system and causes these events
