Need best Compatible cpu for MSI K9A2VM-FIH

This time I want to get the best cpu for the board. I don’t have any issues with the price but I want to get the best Compatible cpu for the board. Is there anyone who has an idea about the same and can help me out with some options so that I can choose the best from it??

I think that Amd Sempron processors are single core, if I remember it properly where else Amd Phenom ii processors are quad core, so you can guess that you will obviously get 4x speed in comparison, although both can run Windows 7 efficiently but for more performance and output, one can definitely go with the Phenom ii processors.
