Nokia have ushered in a new era in high-end smartphone imaging with the Nokia 808 PureView. In addition to superior still imaging technology, the Nokia 808 PureView, also includes full HD 1080p video recording and playback with 4X lossless zoom and the world's first use of Nokia Rich Recording. Rich Recording enables audio recording at CD-like levels of quality, previously only possible with external microphones. The Nokia 808 PureView also features exclusive Dolby Headphone technology, transforming stereo content into a personal surround sound experience over any headphones and Dolby Digital Plus for 5.1 channel surround sound playback.

Great info friend. BTW, is this device actually released in India ? I saw on many sites that people have mentioned the launch date as 5th June and many have mentioned that the smartphone was launched on 13th June. But still am not able to find it on many online shopping sites :no: If it is really launched, can anyone of you please give me the url from where i can order it online for me? Thanks.

yes there was bit confusion in the release date of the device as Nokia itself launched a site mentioning 5th June but later again it was delayed and finally launched in India for the price of 33,899 Rs. And dont know how you are not getting it on online shops. Flipcart itself is selling Nokia Pureview on discounted rate of Rs 32499.
