Ive already paid techs twice to fix this error message and it works for awhile but then comes back when windows installs updates... We went back to an earlier date but its still there. I cant find answers here for this particular code and i am not a techkie ... WhAt can i do to get my computer back!

First of all can you please tell us what operating system have you installed in your machine? I think that the error message that you are getting is due to a virus infection in your machine, so you can either try to scan your pc with some antivirus software that you have installed in your machine or you can download Malwarebytes from the net and run it to remove the virus.

I have windows 7. I went to some forums and found it could be connected with a hp printer error.Seemd possible as after an update it would ask for soltion cnter software to be loaded. I removed the printer and tried removing the software in control Panel but only got 86% when it crashed again. I did a "shutdown -a but then it was only about 15 seconds until the system came to a standstill and altho it didnt shutdown, you couldnt do anything. When i rebooted, a new request, this time for pssasware or something like that. I tried to go. Past it or ignore it and i could jump around a few more places, thought hp solution center was part of the Printer software so removed it and again, the message services and controller app has encountered a problem and must close, when you say send to MS the terminate message came up, but this time with the status code 1073741819, which seems to be in more disc threads? Does that help? Not sure i should have removed solutions center...
