I have a Logitech trackball M570 and its left button is causing an problem. The problem is when I click and drag the mouse loses its hold constantly and sometimes my single click becomes double. I am writing software there I need to highlight the code but my drag is showing a big problem. Is there any way to submit warranty claim?

I have the same M570 Logitech mouse. I dint see these kind of behavior. If you have windows then let you know. Logitech Mouse has unleashed a new version of set point in the starting this week the version is 6.32.7. You can try this solution. Otherwise you may send the Logitech people mails or you can call customer care.

Hmm it is a defective micro switch inside the trackball. See you have to try these troubleshoot steps first.
1) From the unit remove the battery.
2) After removing the battery then press the left and right button continuously for round about 20 seconds.
3) Once these steps are done reinsert the battery then try the mouse.
4) If the problem exists then test the mouse on other computer.

I have the similar problem. Recently I bought the M750 trackman. The problem is sometimes when I click hold and drag it releases the hold even when I am still holding the left button. The main problem occurs when highlighting text. Please is there any older driver to download?

You can try the repair permissions on your drive if are using Mac. Follow these steps given below:
1) First launch the disk utility.
2) Then select the option for first aid.
3) Then choose machintosh HD in the side bar.
4) After that select the repair selection.
If the problem exists then try with uninstalling the Logitech control center.
