iPad 4G may not work on UK because of the Different LTE Bands

well I was reading this article on the web that mentioned the iPad 4G support LTE on the 700 and 2100MHz bands and this might be the bad news for the people who lives in the UK as the 4G plans there may be might be little afar still, at least the end of the year , however this is been planning for rolling out LTE on old analogue TV spectrum, that can be h pulls in at 800MHz, plus the 2.6GHz band which is previously vacate ready for 4G. it won’t work on our LTE. Although I am not all sure about this so I would like to here what exactly is going on here

4G supports frequencies 700-2100 MHz frequency is available in the United States of America, but how the case for the rest of the world?
