HP Pavilion dv6000 Wireless switch turns orange instead of blue
I am having the HP Pavilion dv6000 and problem is that the wireless is not working on that. Suddenly I found that the light on the wireless signal readout turn to orange from blue. There is no problem of the update as I have already updated all the drivers. I have also updated the BIOS. I have seen on other sites that there are some of the other users who are facing the same issue but there was no solution for this. If you have any helpful suggestion then please let me know that.

I think that it will be better for you to get the USB wifi. I am also using the same and that never causes problem for me. This is the best that I can suggest you. I hope that it will be helpful for you.

There is one more method for you to get this problem resolved. For this, you will have to uninstall the Ethernet from the device manager and after that restart the computer. In some of the similar cases, doing this worked and I hope that it will work for you. So try with this and let me know that is this was helpful to you or not.

- Click on Apply.

I have resolved the DV6000 by reflowing the Nvidia controller through the T-862++ IRDA reflow station. Now this is working without any problem.
