double letters are typed by safari browser in web forms
I am currently with windows (5.1.1) and was previously making use of Mozilla firefox and as a change with most probably used internet explorer , I chose the safari. But I am having issues with it. it keeps typing double letters in web forms but the problem doesn’t appear when we will reboot the browser. So can you guys make some suggestions in this case as I am with always rebooting the browser.

I have come across this solution and in my concern there are issues with the keyboard. So in your case, you nee d to make some adjustment in the keyboard repeat rate and you will find the same in the control panel.

For those guys who have tried with the above solutions and nothing appeared , I mean to say to them that the cause was Keyscrambler, an anti-keylogging program made by QFX Software.
If you have the Keyscrambler in active mode , the double-letter thing happened when typing into any Safari form fields. And if you want to discontinue with the issue , you need to disable the Keyscrambler and it will solve the problem.

I was searching in XP's Control Panel and there I found it. you can have a glance over it. you can get that in the System and then in the Hardware section. Proceeding further in the Keyboards section of the Device Manager, look at the driver details for your keyboard. The Keyscrambler driver would be listed there and you need to disable it from there hope this helps.
