Here is the solution for the pin and IMEI repair BB 8900 and it works.
Download this file.
After the completion open the old RLT.
Now run the loader.
After finished charging, the phone will be disconnected
Turn on the phone and when you see LED glows, connect to the pc. Immediately give the RLT
My phone successfully connected to the computer and it shows up in rlt. Other than this I can also read the pin and bsn but there is no way I can read the IMEI. Everytime I try to get to the IMEI, it fails and show me error message “radio error time out, cannot read Flash id and IMEI. Does anyone else noticed this thing?
I know that it is not possible not easy as you think. Without the proper loaders, you cannot get this. There is hard reason behind this and in that
- IMEI number is completely based on the type of your Blackberry device.
- These Devices comes with the protection in which you cannot edit your IMEI/PIN
I don’t think so because I have seen in other forums which people successfully done with some software. Some will encounter issues since PIN comes partly from the IMEI as I think. So you need to calculate the program and make a pair. But due to some security purpose, I think that device itself will not allow you to repair or change it anyway.
Many users suffering from problems with rewriting/reprogramming IMEI numbers to phones and the phones does not allow it because it is highly illegal. Due to security purpose, the phone made like this because when the phone is stolen, then no one can able to change the IMEI and PIN and use the phone for fraudulent purposes.
