Does cooler master hyper 212 Plus compatible with Socket FM1 motherboard
From the past one year I have been using the CM hyper 212 CPU cooler. Presently I have installed it on the AM3 motherboard. Just now bought the FM1 board - Asus f1a75M-PRO. According to Cooler Master it should be compatible but mine does not seem to be100% compatible. Any reasons?
Since the socket FM1 is very much similar to AM3 socket
Re: Does cooler master hyper 212 Plus compatible with Socket FM1 motherboard
The Hyper L212 Plus is equipped with 4 copper heat pipes to provide you with maximum heat dissipation. With a 120mm fan, the Hyper L212 Plus blows hot air ... but silence! The big news is the management technology that allows PWM motherboards with Intel socket only to manage the fan speed depending on the occupancy rate of the processor.
Compatible with both Intel socket 775 and 1366 with the AMD AM3 and AM2 sockets, the Hyper L212 Plus is the ideal radiator of users looking for performance!

- The first thing is It is compatible
- The second thing is you must have to worry about is rattling fans. If you are getting any issue with current 120mm fan, you might need to replace them.
- This will help you to prevent of static as well as grounding from the motherboard.
