I want buy Ainol Novo 7 basic tablet and then get full android market version on this tablet. Also is it possible to get android Ice Cream Sandwitch on this tablet pc. Please explain few things about this issue, if you know more about it. Thanks for any help.

I must suggest you for don't do same thing with the ICS installation. DOn't try to install android 4.0 on your Ainol Novo 7 basic tablet. Reason is it may be harmful to your tablet. ALso it is in warranty period. So, if you did it, you never lose your tablet warranty facility.
