igfx errors on Windows XP
My IGFX driver crashes regularly, most recently while trying to open a BigFish game. The IBM Thinkpad R61 had to have it's memory backdated on Tuesday due to slow to freeze condition. It has been generally slow for a few weeks.
I run McAfee. I've never had this particular problem before. I've had a lot of problems with slowness opening Word, or picture folders as well lately.
There also seems to be involvement with Ashampoo Snap 4 for some reason. It also regularly crashes.

Run Windows updates first and then follow the below steps. Right click on My Computer > Manager > Device Manager > Display Adapter and then under your display adapter right click and update your drivers. Let Windows search the driver online. If there any latest update available it will be overwritten automatically. Restart your pc after that.
