Can you tell me how older is the power supply which you are having?
Do you have plug the extra 12v power cable near of the CPU?
Let me know which version of BIOS do you have installed on the computer?
Re: Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo is restarting automatically
Well after looking at the system specification of yours I am suspecting that two different kind of memory modules which are mixing with the motherboard of yours. I recommend that you should install either of the RAM on the computer and see whether it is working or not.
Re: Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo is restarting automatically
I do agree with you. I wanted to tell you that there could be compatibility issue between the RAM and the motherboard which you have installed on the computer. if I am not wrong the motherboard which you are having support for the speed of 667 and 800 Mhz. I recommend that you should visit the official website of the RAM manufacturer and look for the QVL. If the motherboard which you are having on the computer is getting matched with the memory modules then I don’t think so it will ever work for you.
Re: Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo is restarting automatically
I having doubt on PSU of yours. make sure that the PSU which you are having on the computer is generating enough power supply. If there is an issue than you should get any other PSU and see whether the thing is working or not.
Re: Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo is restarting automatically
According to me you have to reset CMOS setting on the computer. you can use the following instruction to do the same.
- You have to enter CMOS setup and look for option which can be stated as load the fail-safe defaults./
- You should select the same and Press Y to proceed further.
- After the completion of process you have to Save everything and Exit from the setup.

Let me know whether you have installed the latest version of BIOS on the computer. if your answer is no than I am suggesting that you should visit the official website of the motherboard manufacturer and look for the latest version of BIOS. Also you can get the latest version of the drivers and install the same on the computer.
