I have an AMD Phenom2 x4 965, 3.4GHz, 125W and from starting only I am getting random BSOD with various Error codes shown on my screen. I think its third party driver issue. Actually I tried to eliminate the cause.
When trying updating AMD Processor from AMD website. It fails when I am using Auto detection installation. I tried many time but it is failing’s don’t any other place where I can download the most recent driver .Anyone who know where I can find latest driver for phenom II x4 965 ?

Try to post more details, system specification, motherboard, bios version, power supply, vga etc.you don’t have to install processor driver if you using windows 7, I can say this is not the cause of the BSOD

Re: Unable to download drive for AMD Phenom II x4 965
Latest bios is 1.80. Check in BIOS overclock feature is enabled, however run at stock settings for a start. I know you mentioned Memtest, however could attempt a couple of more things. Look up the recommended VDIMM from G.Skill for your ram and set it yourself in BIOS. Set the RAM frequency to 1333MHz. Load the most recent nvidia VGA driver for the GTX560, taken from Nvidia's website. Check that the GTX560 has accurate power feed, e.g. some cards have dual 6-pin feed to the card.

Sounds like a bad driver somewhere. Trouble is trying to locate which one. It also could be hardware related, causing unsteadiness which then makes a driver fail. Go into the Windows Event Viewer and look for the most recent Critical Event. It might help to narrow down the trouble
Re: Unable to download drive for AMD Phenom II x4 965
The BIOS is version 1.80 and I have the most recent Beta driver from Nvidia’s. The BSOD is awfully random and that what's making it hard to locate! from time to time play World of war craft or Dirt2 for many hours with no BSoD and have both YouTube and web browsers running and it works just fine, however a few hours later BSoD appears after not even having anything running although the screen. And then once more, the next time I can establish a web browser (Chrome, IE9) and again I get BSoD.
Re: Unable to download drive for AMD Phenom II x4 965
Actually there is no need of driver for Phenom in Win 7.perhaps your RAM is damaged. Attempt to run Memtest for a night and see if there are some RAM errors. Perhaps you have wrong settings of RAM timings, frequency or voltage in BIOS.
