Voice supposed to be okay. but for you required the subsequent frequencies you'll acquire 2G in place of 3G for data. 2G isn't terrible if you are simply looking at News site. Streaming will be very poor at best.
AT&T uses UMTS/WCDMA 850/1900 for 3G
That's as of T-Mobile correct? T-Mobile utilize UMTS/WCDMA 1700/2100aws used for 3G
This is one of the causes why all GSM handset must have pentaband. Then every frequencies are cover up. My Nokia N8 has pentaband as well as it works okay on AT&T or else T-Mobile.

Well If you for all time in the region of Wi-Fi, it'll be very well. If not, I'd think again getting one with AT&T's frequencies for HSPA+
Re: Is it possible to use unlocked HTC Radar on AT&T
HTC web site contain the subsequent feature for TMO Radar 4G:
Code:
850/900/1800/1900
1700/2100/AWS
2100/1900/850
TMO US web site leave out the very last row of numbers.
sort of puzzling. with anticipation, somebody will verify quickly enough.

I unlocked HTC Radar that I win from Microsoft, and the handset and texting workings, but the data does not. Any proposal on how to modify that? have to I go and get a 4G Sim card as of AT&T? I would like to have information to this can you guys here help me to get rid of this problem

If you get an AT&T SIM card into it your HTC Radar, you require an application called HTC Connection Setup. I saw The Radar is 4G plus in the review they said that it was receiving 4G on AT&T They believe the 850 band there talk about following a little testing with this model, they establish that T-Mos version too supports faux-G on one of AT&Ts band once unlocked its probable the 850MHz range
